An organizational assessment is a scientific X-Ray of the company. It is used to direct and significantly boost the growth process of organizations that are expanding or downsizing; undergoing transformational change, succession of leadership, or have merged or been acquired; and that have 'hot spots' of friction or underperformance.
Organizational assessment uses hierarchical interviewing of employees and customized group psychological testing to:
- Describe the culture of the organization;
- Provide a blueprint for leadership development;
- Assess the infrastructure of teams and workgroups;
- Identify hidden roadblocks to cooperation and collaboration;
- Troubleshoot specific areas of friction that impede performance.
