We offer formal assessment in cases alleging psychological injury as a result of sexual harassment. We also provide expert testimony in cases of product liability, medical malpractice and other traumatic exposures that allege psychological injury.
We have developed a forensic assessment tool that differentiates the specific psychological harm that results from trauma from more general psychiatric symptoms. Findings are prepared for trial presentation using our multimedia instrument.
